How long will my cider stay fresh?
Our fresh-pressed cider is flash-pasteurized and typically has a refrigerated shelf life of 2-3 weeks. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming it within 7 days of opening.
Do you ship your famous cider donuts?
Yes! We ship our cider donuts nationwide. To ensure they arrive fresh, we bake them to order and recommend a quick 10-second warm-up in the microwave upon arrival to restore that bakery-fresh texture.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our pure apple cider and most of our jellies are naturally gluten-free. However, our cider donuts and certain baked goods contain wheat flour. Please check the specific ingredient labels on each product page for allergy information.
How do you ensure quality during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty packaging to protect glass bottles and perishable items. During warmer months, we may include cold packs or adjust shipping schedules to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order once it leaves the mill?
Absolutely. Once your order is packed and scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow your Vermont treats right to your doorstep.
